Luke joined Battery in 2011 as an Associate and focuses on private equity investments, including growth equity, buyouts, rollups, PIPES and take-privates. Prior to Battery, he was an Associate and Analyst at Pagemill Partners, where he advised technology companies on a wide range of financial and strategic matters. Previously, he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the assurance and business advisory services group.
Luke graduated from the University of Southern California, where he earned a BS in Accounting Information Systems and a BS in Corporate Finance. He also received a certificate in SAP from the Viterbi School of Engineering.
