The Profile Edit Manager is designed to let you edit your business profile content on the spot.
Once you have either created or taken control of your DreamSimplicity business profile and it has been approved, your account will be activated and you will be able to edit your listing information whenever you want. In order to maintain a clean and maintained database, all changes made during the editing process are subject to 24 hour approval hold, and therefore you will not see changes reflected on the live site in real time. In the case that you make changes and they don't publish within 24 hours, please contact us at (415) 503-9066.
How to use the Profile Edit Feature:
Log in to your DreamSimplicity account.
Navigate to your company's profile. You can do this by typing your company or solution name into the search bar.
When you arrive at you business profile you'll notice a little edit button either at the top left or bottom right of your profile. Click that button. (Notice: If you do not see an edit button and you are logged in, you are not yet the owner of the profile listing. To take control of the listing, contact us and we'll give you control.)
You will now be able to edit the text aspects of your profile.
Once you click the send button your changes are sent to our review team and then posted to the web within 24 hours.
