1. Olery Raises $1 Million For Reputation Management System


Amsterdam-based startup Olery has just raised $1 Million to further build out and expand their hotel reputation management and media monitoring tools for the hospitality and leisure industries.

 


2. Subscription Billing Company Recurly Raises $6 Million


Our friends over at Recurly have raised $6 million in a Series A financing round led by BV Capital, and including Polaris Venture Partners, Harrison Metal Capital and FreeStyle Capital. Recurly is powering billing for over 750 small/medium enterprises, including JibJab, Fox News Radio, Justin.tv, SlideShare, GOOD.is, and Weather Underground. So far the company has raised about $8 Million total.


3. Cloud Information Enterprise Services Company LaunchPoint Raises $3.5 Million


LaunchPoint, a provider of information-centric enterprise business solutions and services, announced today the close of a private Series B financial raise of $3.5 million, bringing total corporate investments to $6.7 million. Backers include the roster of existing LaunchPoint Series A investors and new private contributors.


4. Cloud Computing Service Provider Joyent Raises a Whopping $85 Million


Joyent, a global provider of cloud computing software and services has announced it has completed an $85 million funding round, with European group Weather Investment II providing the majority of the round. Weather II was advised by Accelero Capital, an investment and management group.


5. Cross-Channel Cloud Marketing Platform ClickSquared Raises $9 Million


ClickSquared, a global provider of cross-channel marketing software and services, has announced the closing of a $9 million round of equity financing, led by Staley Capital and including the company's existing group of investors -- Flybridge, JMI Equity and ABS Ventures.

 


6. RJMetrics Cloud Business Intelligence Suite Raises $1.2M


RJMetrics a new player on the scene has raised $1.2 million in seed financing from Goldberg, and early-stage venture capitalists, including SoftTech VC, Lerer Ventures, SV Angel and Zelkova Ventures, and other angel investors such as Wharton Professor Kartik Hosanagar and DuckDuckGo CEO Gabe Weinberg.


7. Database Infrastructure Company ScaleArc Raises $5.33 Million in Funding


ScaleArc, the pioneer in a new category of database infrastructure software that simplifies the way database environments are deployed and managed, has announced that it has closed $5.33 million in Series B financing.
