In the day of social media enterprises are relying less on recruiters to get the talent they need to walk in the front door.
LinkedIn has created the dynamic resume, but Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Google+ have all been used by people to land jobs in innovative ways. An increasingly popular trend is job seekers creating infographic resumes, video resumes and other visual resumes that set them apart from other job applicants.
