Kurzuk is an innovative leader who brings 20 years of demonstrated success in progressively senior roles in B2B within the media and information services industry. She has a deep knowledge of corporate governance, capital markets, disclosure, and investor relations. Prior to her appointment at BoardSuite, Kurzuk was Senior Vice President of News and Information Technology at CNW Group (formerly Canada NewsWire).
