In reviewing Streampoint, we learned that often groups register for an event and are held up at the onsite registration when the group has not paid their registration in full, even if individual people within the group are paid up. The Streampoint solution has solved this problem with group vs. individual pay management. If a person arrives with a group and he or she has paid, but the entire group has not, the Meeting Planner can see in Streampoint that the person has paid and allow them to enter the event.
Many times, events provide Certificates of Attendance for its attendees. With Streampoint, attendees can log into the Attendee Resource Center after the event and print out their own certificate. They do not have to email an event representative, the process is completely self-service.
