Listen

The Listen Module – Search Content

Engage

The Engage module does just what you are thinking, it allows you to respond to those you were listening to and reach out to your social network. Meltwater Buzz has a multi-user workflow that makes it easy for a team to manage tasks within the solution. The Engage module looks very similar to the Listen module, except instead of a search list, you will see your own user inbox. Each user has an inbox that receives messages directed at their social profile or that fit message specifications. An important feature to mention is message alerting. Because Meltwater Buzz is reading the sentiment of all messages including your branding, the solution will alert you to negative messages that need immediate attention.

Meltwater Buzz has made it easy to find and isolate whom you want to communicate with. Each person that enters your database from a social interaction has a Meltwater Buzz Social Profile. This Social Profile is a real-time analysis of the person that includes how active they are, who they engage with, and a unique Jitterator score, showing social influence on a scale from one to ten.

Through the Meltwater Buzz platform, you and your team can respond to incoming messages and schedule and send outgoing messages across your social network. Go one step further and make sure only relevant people are seeing your messages.
