KeyStone OnDemand added the ability for administrators to share KeyStone OnDemand created screencasts to their websites, blogs and other sources.
“Administrators now have the ability to create, upload, export and embed screencasts directly within KeyStone OnDemand. For instance, a software vendor can now embed video-based tutorials directly in their public facing websites and blogs to use training as a lead generation and product awareness tool.” Rob Kingyens, CTO of KeyStone OnDemand, said.

The Keystone OnDemand team studied the market and found a need for Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) user training to help drive adoption and retention of SaaS apps. By offering a training platform in which administrators can create new content including screencasts and articles, the results are customized courses and the development of loyal, power users for software vendors.
“Our solution is catered to fit the needs of software training. We know what our customers want and need, and we deliver the features that will help them solve their training concerns to increase customer adoption and drive long-term retention.” Kingyens said.
Instructions for screencast sharing success are listed on KeyStone OnDemand’s blog.
