World renown printer giant, Fuji Xerox, has deployed Salesforce.com CRM to assist its staff and partners with better customer engagement.

In the past Fuji Xerox has been unsuccessful at deploying a number of CRM solutions including Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

The Fuji Xerox Salesforce.com deployment took just 10 days with the assistance of integrator, Fujitsu.

One of the main reasons they chose Salesforce.com is because the new system gives users the ability to access critical customer documents from the iPhone.

Fuji Xerox has rolled out licences across internal and field partner engagement representatives, as well as Salesforce CRM Mobile, to better track partner engagement and their customer success.

Of the 23 licences that had been deployed, 15 to 18 are for mobile staff.
