("BoardSuite") today announced it has acquired HireCaliber.com (www.hirecaliber.com), a SaaS-based plug and play recruitment solution for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and not-for-profit organizations (NPOs). The acquisition supports BoardSuite's strategy to provide an ecosystem of mandated and trusted business services for this target market within its flagship freemium board portal.

HireCaliber.com is an entirely new approach to recruitment management systems. It provides job posting tools, a universal application profile, tools for online review and screening of applicant information, management reports, and tools for maintaining a company specific talent pool.
