Big Spring Release for Yammer, enterprise social network provider, including universal search, premium groups, official content, Yammer embed, a new Office 365 integration and updated mobile apps.

Yammer, enterprise social network provider, announced today its acquisition of oneDrum, file sharing and collaboration solutions provider.  oneDrum is based in the UK and provides a collaboration engine that brings Google Docs functionality and more to Microsoft Office applications.  With the acquisition, Yammer will gain powerful desktop sync capabilities, enabling file folders to be shared across multiple users' desktops.

Enterprise social networks provider, Yammer, announced integrations with AffinityLive, CRM and project management platform, and Subscribe-HR, an HR application. With this integration, real-time activity streams from both applications can be seen in the Yammer Ticker.

I know, I know, I know... How can SAP be social? They are not a social company by any means, but with all the right partnerships and integrations any piece of software can be social. 

Yammer, Inc., the leading provider of enterprise social networking, has announced a new version of its Android application, adding features such as threaded conversations, the ability to upload and view photos, and more robust private messaging, making it easier to participate in business conversations while working remotely. The new version of the Android application is expected to be available for download in the Android Market next week. Yammer also recently released an update to the iOS application and plans to release an application for Windows Phone Mango and an update to its BlackBerry application later this month.
