With a few minor changes for publication vs. presentation, this is a presentation that I gave recently at the Dallas ASTD Southwest Learning Summit for their sales training track.

We’ve all sat through one: the bad conference presentation. Some poor sweaty guy up front, looking like he’s a question away from having a heart attack. His notes are incomplete, his documents look terrible, and worst of all…it’s boring! Even worse, it happens to the best of speakers.
