Harper is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of demonstrated proficiency in investment management, corporate finance, operations and administration. He founded Harles Management, a strategic management company, where he has advised businesses in areas of capital management, revenue growth and profitability. Harper began his career as a Securities Trader at Canada Life followed by a position in Private Placements. Harper then joined Colonia Life and at the time of the sale of the company he held the position of Senior Investment Officer responsible for all areas of investment and portfolio management. Following this Harper was Chief Operating Officer at FRI Corporation primarily responsible for restructuring.
