InnoSpringThe first ever US-China technology startup incubator opened its doors today in Silicon Valley.  Called InnoSpring, the incubator was formed by a partnership between Tsinghua University Science Park, Shui On Group, Northern Light Venture Capital and Silicon Valley Bank, and aims to support American and Chinese startups in expansion beyond their home countries.
