Huddle

Huddle is a key player in the world of cloud project management and collaboration.  Huddle's comprehensive and efficient platform creates a custom dashboard for each user and tabs that cover each step in a project.  When you select a project, or "workspace", you have tabs for everything from whiteboard brainstorming sessions to email discussions, files and meetings.  Everyone on my team can see the workspace and contribute.

While other project management solutions allow you to create to-do lists and upload files, Huddle takes the cake on covering every element of your project in a clear and user friendly way.  One feature that stands out is that you can embed a huddle login on your website so that your clients can easily access documents for their review or see the status of their project.  Don't worry, you get to decide what the client sees and doesn't see, so you can have a project management solution for you and a deliverable platform for your client.

The only downside I see to Huddle, which is so small compared to what is offered in my opinion, is that there is no differentiation between a Task and a Milestone/Deliverable.  I like to have my calendar highlight what is a deliverable and what is my personal to-do list of tasks.  One of Huddle's goals for 2012 is to create a ranking system for tasks.  This might solve the problem.

Take Huddle for a spin yourself.  You can sign up for a free trial and they have friendly account mangers to show you the ropes.
