Zendesk, a web-based help desk software provider, today announced a new integration with SugarCRM, the world's fastest growing customer relationship management (CRM) company. Zendesk for SugarCRM lets customer support agents seamlessly access SugarCRM customer data from Zendesk, and vice versa.
Zendesk for SugarCRM creates a unified view for sales, marketing and customer support data. New functionality includes:
- Single complete view of customers and opportunities from sales to marketing to support
- Access to Zendesk's ticket management functionality directly from SugarCRM
- Key CRM data can be stored within the Zendesk profile for better decision making
Zendesk has more than 60 integrations with leading SaaS applications as well as mobile versions for iPhone, iPad, Android and BlackBerry platforms.
The integration will be available for the Professional and Enterprise editions of SugarCRM and will be free of charge to all Zendesk customers who use SugarCRM.
