I first heard about MeetingBurner when I saw the announcement of their launch on DS a few months back so I decided to sign up and try it out. When I mean signup, I mean get access to the free version of the application which allows me to host meetings with up to 15 attendees. I have been using the system for a few months now and love how easy it is. My past experiences have been with FUZE Meeting, GoToMeeting, and WebEx -- MeetingBurner is a child of all three with new features yet to be seen across competing platforms. These features include: social sharing and auto record which integrates with YouTube. My favorite is the YouTube integration because it solves that nasty problem that we have all been experiencing over the past years.... how to get our recorded webinars and meeting up on the web in an easy format.
Although I am in love with MeetingBurner, I think it is fair that I point out some of weak points that need improvements. These are: screen sharing sometimes does not work even when it says it is sharing, and the control module can be seen on participants' screens as a grey box.
For a new solution offered free or at a low price, I am going to give it 4 out 5 stars.
