Lead Follow-Up uses Business Rules, defined by you, to automate the task of following up, by email, with each new lead or opportunity in your Salesforce database.
Unlike mass emailers, Lead Follow-Up messages are triggered by conditions and events in your leads or opportunities, and are sent one by one. Also called Drip Marketing, multiple messages can be scheduled to be sent, over a period of time defined by you, when a rule fires. Field updates and reminders can also be scheduled.
Reports are available for stats such as open and click-thru counts, last time opened/clicked thru.
